2.1. All order processing, payment collection, invoicing, and tax calculations for purchases made on FrameWire UI are handled by Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com).
2.2. Lemon Squeezy serves as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions. When you make a purchase, your transaction is conducted directly with Lemon Squeezy, subject to their Buyer Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2.3. All prices are listed in USD (or as displayed at checkout) and are charged as a one-time payment unless specified otherwise.
3.1. GPL Compliance: Any PHP code incorporated into our WordPress themes or plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or compatible open-source license.
3.2. Design & Proprietary Assets: Brand elements, original visual assets, non-GPL documentation, and custom site layouts provided within our templates or website remain the intellectual property of FrameWire UI.
3.3. Single vs. Extended Use: Unless otherwise stated on the product page or license documentation, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive license to use the item for personal or client projects.
3.4. You may not re-sell, redistribute, re-license, or share download links to paid products or code snippets as standalone assets without explicit written consent from FrameWire UI.
4.1. Upon successful payment verification via Lemon Squeezy, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased products or a license key/link via email and/or on-screen redirection.
4.2. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address during checkout to receive your product files and receipts.
5.1. Due to the nature of digital goods (WordPress themes, plugins, code snippets, and templates), all sales are generally final once downloaded or accessed.
5.2. If you experience technical issues or bugs with a purchased product, please reach out to our support team first so we can assist you.
5.3. Refunds may be granted at our discretion or in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s standard refund guidelines in cases of verified technical defects that cannot be resolved.
6.1. Our WordPress themes, plugins, and code snippets are tested for compatibility with modern versions of WordPress and standard hosting environments.
6.2. We cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or custom server setups.
6.3. We may release product updates to maintain compatibility or fix bugs, but we are not obligated to provide perpetual feature additions or custom modifications.
7.1. All branding, logos, graphics, website content, and documentation on https://framewireui.com/ are the exclusive property of FrameWire UI.
7.2. Unauthorized copying, scraper scraping, or reproduction of site content is strictly prohibited.
8.1. All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2. FrameWire UI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, themes, plugins, or code snippets (including site downtime, data loss, or server errors).
