Because we sell non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (WordPress themes, plugins, code snippets, and templates), all sales are generally final once access or file delivery is granted. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are happy to assist if you encounter issues.

1. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)

All purchases made on FrameWire UI are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which serves as our official Merchant of Record (MoR).

  • Payments, invoices, tax management, and official refund processing are governed in partnership with Lemon Squeezy.

  • Any approved refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout via Lemon Squeezy.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances within 14 days of your purchase date:

  1. Non-Delivery or Broken Downloads: If you do not receive the download link or the product files are missing/corrupted and our support team is unable to provide working files.

  2. Major Technical Issues / Unresolvable Defects: If the theme, plugin, or code snippet has a critical bug or technical error that prevents it from functioning as advertised, and our support team cannot fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days).

  3. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice in a single transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: You simply decided you no longer want or need the item after downloading it.

  • Lack of Technical Knowledge: Inability to install or configure WordPress, hosting environments, themes, plugins, or code snippets. (Please check documentation or contact support if you need assistance).

  • Third-Party Incompatibility: Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, custom scripts, or non-standard hosting environments not mentioned in the product requirements.

  • $0 / Free Products: Free downloads carry no monetary value and are not subject to monetary refunds or guarantees.

  • Expired Support/License Period: Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@framewireui.com (replace with your actual support email) with the subject line: Refund Request - [Order ID].

  2. Include your Lemon Squeezy Order ID, purchase email address, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. If reporting a bug or defect, please attach screenshots, error logs, or site details so our technical team can attempt to fix it for you first.

5. Processing Time

  • Once your request is received, our support team will review it within 24 to 48 hours.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued through Lemon Squeezy and applied back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
